Meet Corista’s founders and key personnel:

Elizabeth M. Wingard
Founder, President & CEO

Ms. Wingard serves as President and CEO of the Company. For more than 25 years, Ms. Wingard has been growing and developing organizations in emerging technologies, including business process management, banking, telecommunications and Internet middleware.  Ms. Wingard has built revenue streams of over $1B for the business ventures she’s led, producing dramatic results within the companies she supported.

Prior to launching Corista, Ms. Wingard led Business Development at Op40.  There she secured this software start-up’s first contract with a Fortune 20 firm.  At the time, the company had no Venture Capital relationships, no Board level relationships, no brochures and only a rudimentary web site. The contract she negotiated gave Op40 the foundation for their first round of VC funds.
Ms. Wingard served as a senior executive for emerging software companies including Vicorp and net2gether. Before moving towards more entrepreneurial endeavors, Ms. Wingard led Sales and Marketing teams for Fortune 500 organizations including Sprint and AT&T. She also served as VP, Business Development of the IBJ Schroder Bank in NYC.

Ms. Wingard holds a BA and an MA from the University of Southern Mississippi.


Eric Wirch
Director of Engineering

Eric Wirch joined Corista to lead the development and deployment of the company’s technology platform.

Mr. Wirch has over 10 years experience in the design and implementation of complex video and image-based systems.  Mr. Wirch has worked for some of the leading innovators in video distribution systems, including Gotuit Media, SeaChange International, The Analytical Sciences Corporation and Metasignal. Most recently, Mr. Wirch led the engineering department at Gotuit, responsible for all areas of the engineering function, including architecture, product design and delivery, personnel, intellectual property and partnerships.

Mr. Wirch is experienced in working on a wide array of operating systems and programming languages.  Mr. Wirch currently sits on the DICOM standards committee, representing Corista, and has previously sat on and authored standards for SCTE.  He holds a B.S. in Computer Systems Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.


Stephen Adley
Managing Director

Stephen Adley is a Managing Director of Corista, with a special focus on Investor Relations. Stephen has a 20+ year career developing strategic relationships and building the client bases for technology driven companies. From Fortune 100’s, like GTE and Sprint, to entrepreneurial start-ups including Op40 and IONA Technologies, Stephen has been instrumental in validating new business ventures by securing early stage contracts with key accounts and creating alternate distribution channels. Stephen extensive background with highly complex sales of technical products and software services is a definite asset to Corista as it seeks to launch its digital pathology platform.

Mr. Adley holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Emerson College/Suffolk University in Boston, Massachusetts. Mr. Adley earned an Executive CCS from Harvard University, Graduate Business Program in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
